OneByZero and AWS sign Strategic Collaboration Agreement to scale governed AI Coworkers across APJ

OneByZero (OBZ), a leading Frontier Systems Integrator headquartered in Singapore, today announced the signing of a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the deployment of governed, production-grade AI coworkers across Asia Pacific and Japan.

The agreement reflects a shared commitment to helping enterprises move beyond AI experimentation and into production at scale. Across APJ, the challenge is no longer access to AI models, it is deploying them securely, integrating them into core business operations, governing their behaviour across complex regulatory environments, and sustaining them over time. This SCA establishes a structured framework for OneByZero and AWS to co-deliver against that challenge, expanding into new markets and combining OneByZero's in-country delivery capability with the full depth of AWS infrastructure and go-to-market reach.

The Strategic Collaboration Agreement spans four initiatives designed to help enterprises operationalise AI at scale:

• Neo - Enterprise AI Workforce Platform: Accelerating the development, enterprise adoption, and AWS Marketplace distribution of Neo, OneByZero's enterprise platform for deploying, governing, and scaling AI Coworkers within each organisation's own AWS environment. Built on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Neo gives enterprises a governed foundation to run agentic AI at scale, making it discoverable, procurable, and deployable across APJ.
• AI-Assisted Data Modernisation: Expanding the use of ETL Crew, OneByZero's agentic data modernisation capability built on Amazon Bedrock and integrated with AWS Glue and AWS Lambda, helping enterprises accelerate data migrations, modernisation programmes, and cloud transformation initiatives. In one engagement, ETL Crew delivered 55% faster delivery, 80% fewer resources required, and 30% cost savings compared to incumbent solutions.
• Enterprise Agentic Transformation: Helping enterprises redesign their operating models around AI Coworkers and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), moving beyond isolated use cases toward AI-native workflows embedded within core business functions. OBZ's FDEs work inside client environments, alongside AI Coworkers, to accelerate deployment, embed institutional knowledge, and ensure every system runs in production the way it was designed to.
• Outcome-Based AI Delivery: Introducing delivery models aligned to measurable business outcomes, enabling customers to focus on value creation rather than technology implementation alone.

Under the three-year collaboration, OneByZero will grow its local engineering teams across Asia-Pacific, combining human expertise with AI-powered delivery to help enterprises adopt AI agents at scale on AWS.

OBZ's AI Coworkers, governed AI agents with defined roles, named human managers, and measurable KPIs, are already running in production across APJ handling over 100,000 enterprise interactions every day. For Krungsri, a leading financial institution in Thailand, OBZ deployed ETL Crew on AWS to modernise legacy data pipelines and accelerate cloud migration, achieving more than 50% faster migration across multiple business domains.
